Date & Time, Rain or Shine: Saturday, June 11,2011 9:00 AM start (runners and walkers will start at same time and will be in the same race) Location: Lloyd H. Fuhrman Memorial Park, 170 Rock Point Road, Maytown,PA 17550 Lancaster County Pre-Registration by June 1st, $20 for 5k Late-Registrants $25 after June 1st for 5k All entry fees are non-refundable. Awesome Amenities: T-shirt to all pre-registered participants and late registrants (while shirts last), goodie bag (while supplies last), refreshments provided post-race, digital time clock at finish, mile splits,high quality timing done by Pretzel City Sports, results listed on pretzelcitytiming.com. Course: Start at Lloyd H. Fuhrman Memorial Park, 170 Rock Point Road, Maytown,PA 17550 heading out onto historic Maytown country roads and finishing with a loop around the starting park on a walking/running trail. Exceptions for race: Please no strollers, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, or dogs on the course. Packet Pick-Up and Last Minute Registration: Opens at 7:45 AM at park pavillion. Numbers/shirts must be picked up day of race. Awards:Overall male and female winners will recieve an award. Their will be awards given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place males and females in the following age categories: 14 & below, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over. The awards ceremony will be held following the race. Before you run out of your house to the race... Please grab a canned food item from your pantry to donate to the food bank if you are able.
